Intrada Saratoga is an affordable housing project providing housing to families living on a fixed income with 10 units dedicated to transition-age youth. It consists of 4 separate elevator-serviced buildings of wood-framed construction containing a total of 158 units. The first building also houses a gym, community room, and a property manager’s office. The project is located on Saratoga’s west side on 1 Freeman Lane. We partnered with The Vecino Group on this project, a Missouri-based company devoted to housing for the greater good.
