#Construction Laborers/Carpenters

Full-Time Construction Laborers
Previous construction experience a plus but not necessary.  Ideal Applicants will be organized and must possess a valid Driver’s License as this position will pick up and deliver materials to our sites, perform general construction activities and other tasks as assigned.

Full-Time Experienced, Carpenters
Ideal Applicants will have strong Plumbing, Electrical, Taping, and Painting experience. Reliable vehicle required; truck preferred.

#Payroll/Accounting Clerk
We are currently recruiting for a full-time accounting clerk to round out our growing accounting team.

Primary Responsibilities:
Perform clerical functions to support the accounting team
Process weekly payroll and tax filings
Compile and sort invoices
Input of invoices, checks, accounting statements, and other accounting records into our accounting software
Matching of invoices with jobs and cost codes

Must have 1-3 years of payroll processing experience
Basic understanding of accounting principals
Strong Attention to detail and time management skills
Prior experience working in the construction field (preferred)

Bonacio Construction, Inc. is a privately owned and operated construction company with an outstanding reputation for quality, on-time completion, and client satisfaction. We are looking for a Full-Time Contract Administrator to keep track of job budgets and all paperwork for each project. Ideal candidate will possess effective communication and organizational skills to help Project Managers monitor and execute successful projects.

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers
• Issue project-specific contracts, purchase orders, change orders
• Monitor and report project financial data and be liaison between operations and accounting
• Obtain and maintain proper paperwork for each project

Job Type & Required work hours:
• This is a Full-Time position
• Work hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

#Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

The position:
We are looking for a friendly multitasker with excellent communication skills to be our Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. You will report directly to the General Manager and will work with our team members to support the needs of a busy office. This position is in office Full-Time, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

• You will be in the center of it all and are the first person everyone sees when entering the office
• Answering phones and maintaining the front lobby
• Working on various special projects for our departments such as accounting, development, marketing, and design coordination
• Coordinating the day-to-day meeting schedule for multiple conference areas
• Stocking office and break room supplies

#Welder Structural Steel Fabricator

Seeking a certified welder (FCAW, SMAW) with experience in residential and/or commercial steel.  Responsibilities include fitting and welding of structural steel. 2-3 years of steel experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and sketches required. Must have the ability to follow written and verbal directions.
