We are looking for a Full-Time Project Manager with previous supervisory experience in the construction field.  Applicant should have 5 years’ experience in commercial, industrial, residential and renovation projects as well as additional experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Site Supervisor.

Must have an adequate knowledge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationships, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, ability to communicate both written and oral.

A sound knowledge of various construction methods and installation procedures, understanding of a wide spectrum of materials, operation of various building systems and a demonstrated management know-how.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prepare and manage project construction schedule.
  • Coordination with field superintendents for project deliveries, installation, and sequenced work with other trades.
