Yearling Barn

This 24 Stall Yearling Barn was designed by Saratoga’s Frost Architecture.  Each 12 x 12 stall included a fully custom built steel stall front, an automatic waterer and a custom built dutch door with yolked exterior screen.  The central core of the barn provided both wash & veterinary stalls, a feed room and employee facilities.    Finished throughout the interior with T&G yellow pine and a rubber paver floor this project also featured radiant floor heat in the core area, operable ventilation windows in the cupolas and dormers as well as a standing seam roof.
