This 28,000 s.f. former high school was originally constructed in 1925. By the time Bonacio Construction purchased the property in 2002, the building had fallen into extreme disrepair. Between 2002 & 2004 all new windows and a new roof were installed and the much of the interior was gutted and reconfigured into leasable office space, retail space and a custom millwork and cabinetry shop. In 2008 The property was sold to the Town of Saratoga and is now utilized as their Town Hall.
