Saratoga Surgery Center - Specialty Physicians Offices

I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how happy we are with the new offices above the Saratoga Surgery Center.  I have to admit that I was a bit anxious about working with a new (to Saratoga Hospital) contractor and one that had not done much healthcare work, but your team put any concerns to rest early on.  From day one, there was great communication and Bryan Lamansky did an outstanding job keeping me and the tenants of the building informed about what was happening and how long it would take. Coordination with the operations of the Surgery Center was excellent and there were never any  issues that impacted patient care.  It was also the cleanest job site I have ever seen.  The other members of your team – Ron Miller, Larry Novik and Bill Willard – were also great to work with.  All the administrative aspects of the job, from progress meetings to payment requisitions and other paperwork, were done in a first class manner.  

I don’t know if you have been up  to see the finished space, but it is beautiful.  It is not a typical physician’s office. Bryan worked hard to get the details just right and even had some work redone when it did not meet his expectations.  Even big changes like the addition of the stair tower were not an issue for your team.  They handled it as quickly as the process would allow, and you would never know that is was not a part of the original building.

As an owner’s representative, the best thing a general contractor can do is to put me at ease.  Knowing that I don’t have to worry about  the job getting done on time, subs cutting corners, or things not being done according to drawing and specs, makes my work much easier.  Your team put me at ease and inspired confidence that the job would be done correctly and on time.

We will certainly be requesting bids from Bonacio on future work.
