Roohan Building

Tucked into the older streetscape that makes up Saratoga Springs, the new brick-faced Roohan Building is a mixed-use structure with retail space at street level, office space on the second and third floors, and two residential penthouses on the top floor. Situated next to a pedestrian walkway, the Roohan Building presented Bonacio with a number of construction challenges with the buildings proximity to Broadway pedestrians and neighboring buildings.
