In 2003 this structure was an 1,800 square foot, singe story cottage. In 2006, Bonacio Construction completed this renovation/addition creating a 5,400 square foot, three-story Adirondack style lake house. This exquisite property features extensive custom fireplaces, stairs, railing work and custom masonry work include chimneys and patios as well as extensive cherry wood work and coffered ceilings.
