This project consisted of the complete custom renovation of a 1950's Adirondack style farm house and detached two car garage along with a major addition to the great room / master bedroom. Extensive site work including new plantings, irrigation, sod, site drainage, bluestone patios, Corinthian granite sitting walls and curved stairs. Exterior architectural details included a new cedar wood shake roof, copper collectors and gutters, extensive custom exterior millwork and a custom Loewen window and door package . Interior finishes included a quarter sawn douglas fir floor, custom molded historically accurate wood trim, custom cabinetry and doors, and extensive tile work including a glass tile shower in the master bath.
