Bonacio Construction and The Galesi Group Donate to SUNY Adirondack

On September 26th, SUNY Adirondack celebrated the ribbon cutting of “Seasonsed”.  This culinary arts student-run restaurant will open in October 2018 at the new 14 Hudson building in downtown Glens Falls.

The college wouldn’t have been able to double its culinary arts program enrollment without this new 8,000+ sf space.  And the new project wouldn’t have been possible without the support of several entities.  It was the first project to be brought to completion from the state’s $10 million grants awarded in 2016 for downtown revitalization initiatives.  Likewise, the Galesi Group and Bonacio Construction proudly donated $75,000 towards the formation of the teaching kitchen.

14 Hudson, a property run by West Side Management of Saratoga is excited to welcome Seasoned to the building and offer its tenants as well as the general public a great new place to eat.
