Bonacio Construction's latest project, The Springs, is a new mixed-use development which blends the best of Saratoga Springs and Wilton located at 60 Weibel Avenue, Saratoga Springs. The Springs is conveniently located in the largest shopping hub in the Saratoga area, sitated just one minute off I-87 at Exit 15 with ample on site parking and on the CDTA bus route.

There will be 178 residentail units for the current phase with potentially 500 more in the future.  The apartments will include one, two and three bedroom units.

The new Administration Building for Saratoga Hospital is a 30,000 sq. ft. office building with 10,000 sq. ft. of storage.  The office space is located on the 1st and 2nd floor with the storage located in the basement.  The building construction is structural steel with concrete decks and light gauge metal framing.  The exterior will be finished with a combination of aluminum windows and store front, brick, cement board panels and an E.I.F.S. cornice.  The building is intended to house several of the hospital's administrative support departments including fiscal services, patient financial services, education, outpatient scheduling and health information services as well as a new classroom and training spaces.

Estimated completion date is June 2012.

Bonacio Constructions' newest project,  Pioneer Bank is a 5,575 SF facility.  The exterior will be brick with E.I.F.S. Gables.  This newest branch of Pioneer Bank is located at 1828 Altamont Avenue in Rotterdam, NY.  Construction began in December of 2011 and estimated completion date is June of 2012.

Bonacio Construction was awarded to build the new headquarters for Transfinder, a software development company, in Schenectady, NY.  This new modern design building will be four stories and 25,000 SF and is be designed by Re4orm Architecture.

Estimated completion date is October 1, 2012.
