This was the former site of G.Heath King a local furniture and appliance retailer for many years upon the owners retirement this property became available. Sonny quicly saw the possibilities for revitalizing the building and purchased it. The building required quite a facelift to bring it up to a condition to entice such tennants as Wolberg Electric, Treasures and Tarks golf simulator.
