This 13,000 SF medical office building located in Saratoga Springs was designed as a companion piece to an already existing 10,000 SF building by 3t Architects. The new building consists of 3 separate office spaces. Approximately 85% of the building is currently occupied, Saratoga Surgical Specialists on the second floor and New York Oncology Hemotology on the first floor. Bonacio Construction was responsible for working very closely with both Architect, tennants and Jeff Pfeil (construction manager) to accomodate the special needs of the business fit ups.
